The coaching service is delivered personally by Giuseppe Meloni as occasional self-employed services (prestazioni di lavoro autonomo occasionale).
The right of withdrawal is separate from the commercial results guarantee. Where EU consumer distance-contract rules apply, the customer can normally withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. Other mandatory rights and any statutory extensions of the withdrawal period remain applicable. Requesting a free consultation does not constitute purchasing coaching.
The first lesson may start immediately after purchase, including during the withdrawal period, at the customer’s express request documented before the service starts. Information about withdrawal, how to exercise it and the consequences of starting early is provided before purchase. If the customer withdraws after requesting an early start, a proportionate amount may be payable for the service actually supplied up to the withdrawal notice, provided the statutory requirements are met; the remaining amount is refunded within the applicable time limits. Starting the first lesson does not remove the right of withdrawal. For a paid service, that right may cease after full performance of the contracted service only with prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right will be lost once performance is complete. Accepting this page alone does not replace the express request to start early or those declarations.
