  • Email collected through contact and consultation requests
  • Operational documentation for method application verification (e.g. MyFXBook, daily check videos)
  • WhatsApp contact details for coaching support and service communications. When you submit a request we also record its date and time and, if supplied by network headers, the IP address and approximate country/city, accessible only in the admin panel to contextualise requests. We do not collect GPS location.
